KNL Water purifiers’ purification stages: Stage 1) Pre- filter (PP Spun filter 10”) captures particles (clay, sand, dust, rust, color etc.) those remain in size of 5 micron or above in raw water and then goes to sediment filter Stage 2) Sediment Filter 5 micron absolute: made from sediment cloth and polypropylene layers. Polypropylene is resistant to bacteria. The filter captures suspended matter such as sand, silt, loose scale, clay and organic material from the water and supplies clean water to carbon block filter and membrane Stage 3) Activated Carbon Block filter made from compressed carbon of 1000 IV, very high absorption rate of impurities like chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, toxicity, smell and other harmful chemicals and then supplies chlorine free water to membrane Stage 4) NF60 membrane: TFC dry 100 gpd, pore size is 0.0005 micron, reduces TDS around 65%, flux rate up to 25 liters/hr and water wastage is around 60%, suitable for input water tds between 300 ppm to 600 ppm or max 650 ppm. Please note water molecule size is 0.000283 micron, water born bacteria/germs/viruses sizes remain between 0.027 micron to 5 micron & NF60 membrane pore size is 0.0005 micron which is very much smaller than germs/viruses. In our technology 100% water passes through membrane that gives hygiene, healthy and mineral enriched drinking water. Stage 5) AAA Filter -> (Antibacterial, Alkaline & Antioxidant) is use to enhance pH (alkaline) up to pH 3.5 & minerals in drinking water. We use regulator to regulate pH value of drinking water. Recommended ideal drinking water mineral is 100 ppm to 260 ppm and pH between 7.2 to pH 8. Stage 6) Activated Post Carbon (Coconut Shell): Coconut is antibacterial agent and therefore inhibits the bacterial growth, removes odor, smell and sweeten the drinking water taste.

Specifications: Wall mount cabinet (detachable tank system), prefilter housing , pipe etc are in food grade/ABS plastic, Pump 100 gpd (very low noise, low vibration, flow rate greater than 1.7 lpm and 100% copper armature), SMPS input range 140 volt to 300 volt, output 2.5 amp, Service life of Sediment, block carbon and activated post carbon is > 10,000 litres, AAA filter service life > 8,000 litres
The water purifier comes with one year warranty for electrical goods and 6 months for inline cartridges. The Installation cost is separate (cost may vary between Rs. 450/- to Rs. 500/-). Users are requested to go through user manual for the maintenance of the water purifier. We provide PAN India Installation service in working days.
As per WHO, BIS & EPA, TDS in drinking water up to 300 PPM remain in excellent conditions. 50 ppm to 100 ppm is permissible, 100 ppm to 150 ppm is preferable range & 150 ppm to 260 ppm is ideal & best mineral range in drinking water. From 150 ppm to 260 ppm range is known as mineral water
