Filter Installation: Make sure that pressure rating of strainer match with system. Use standard fittings while installing the filter in piping network. Ensure correct inlet/outlet direction. Never open the filter when it is under pressure. Filter Dismantling: Turn off the water supply. Mechanical damage of any kind to filter element should be replaced/repaired in time. Do not open filter while filter is under pressure. Material used: PP polypropylene. Cleaning: Before opening the filter, drain all water insiders the strainer by drain valve. Then open the filter, remove the bottom housing cover & then filter element slowly. Wash out all impurities with hand/plastic brush. Assembly: While closing the housing please, Ensure proper fitment of rubber ring with filter element. Ensure strainer element is properly aligned with top & bottom so that no unfiltered water flows through the outlet. Method of disposal after end of life: The filter component can be recycled by plastic scrap processor. Convert to plastic granules.
